We seek energetic, motivated team members and leaders for the current season and beyond. This particular position includes:

- Lead installation of planters and bed beautification.

- Provide planting and placement support for new installations.

- Holding Area Management (see below)



We often acquire and stage plants for our projects, and the Holding Area is a critical element of our business. Work includes:

- Ensure plants are on-hand for projects.

- Shop at nurseries to acquire the plants.

- Organize and nurture plants until released for projects.

- Inventory planning for planters and bed beautification

- Pot up divisions, plugs and re-gifted plants and care for them until a new home is defined.

- Ensure plants are healthy and attractive.



Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

3+ years work experience or equivalent performing skilled residential garden and landscape tasks.

A good understanding of plant identification and their proper care.

Have a great eye for color and aesthetic balance.

Be in proper physical condition and have stamina. Able to lift 40 pounds.

Be a positive thinking and self-motivated team player and leader.

Have a passion for working with plants and for performing great work!

An excellent driving record.
