We are currently seeking Finish Carpenters for a Large Commercial Project in Salt Lake City. 



The Carpenter is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor at commercial and residential construction sites. Under general supervision the carpenter completes portions of all phases of construction as needed, cleans and prepares sites, operates a variety of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks, cleans up rubble and debris, and removes waste materials. The Carpenter may also pick up and distribute tools and materials to various job sites.

Some of the essential duties of this position:

• Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines, and enforce necessary timelines.


• Comply with and enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.


• Manage crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, good morale, teamwork and pride.


• Communicate regularly and effectively with Project Managers, clients, architects, designers, and production crews.


• Provide calculations on hours involved, materials needed, truck use, and human resources required.


• Work alongside your crew and subcontractors to get the job done. This is not just a management role.


• Knowledge of cabinetry installation, seven strip paneling, and ornamental metals is a plus.
