Fire Extinguisher Inspection Technician

Unifour Fire & Safety, a Southeastern leader in full-service fire protection inspections and repair, has an immediate entry level position for an experienced Fire Extinguisher Inspection Technician. We hire HEROES Unifour Fire & Safety is a military friendly workplace.

Job Duties:

• Performs inspections, service calls and installation on portable fire extinguishers, fire extinguisher cabinets and emergency/exit lighting
• Thorough understanding of NFPA, manufacturer and local fire codes for fire extinguishers
• Complete detailed inspection reports, documenting any issues in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and customer service experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Fire Extinguisher Technician
• High School Diploma / GED
• Knowledge of NFPA10
• A current and valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Pass drug screening and background check
• Strong organizational & time management skills
• Experience with Service Trade a plus
