This Fire Protection Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing and management of fire protection specific projects. which may include developing cost and technical proposals, contract negotiation, coordinating design efforts, managing schedules and budgets, client development, and managing client expectations and client satisfaction.
The Fire Protection Project Manager/Estimator will also:
- Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
- Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through building trust and providing high levels of service.
- Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of several disciplines on multiple projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
- Manage and perform project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, maintaining schedules, meeting budget objectives, communicating and meeting deadlines.
- Promote safe work environments.
- 3 Years combined experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management
- Must have commercial/residential project experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- NICET Level II or better preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
