Roles & Responsibilities

As a Safety Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Implementing and enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
2. Conducting regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards and risks, and taking proactive measures to address them.
3. Providing safety training and orientation to new employees, as well as refresher training to existing staff, on topics such as hazard recognition, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
4. Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and contributing factors, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
