Responsibilities:
Operate basic benchtop laboratory equipment such as balances and hotplates
Compound samples using weights and measures with consistent accuracy and precision
Operate, understand and interpret analytical test equipment such as densitometer, refractometer, pH meter
Perform basic mathematical calculations, including percentage calculations and conversion between imperial and metric units of measure
Follow all laboratory safety protocols and report any issues to the Lab Manager or VP of R&D
Skills Needed:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.
