The Flooring Estimator / Sales Specialist travels to project sites to obtain accurate measurements for projects, enters estimates and sends to customers for review, and handles project sales. This will be an inside / outside sales position. Must be highly self- motivated, experienced in sales, enthusiastic, able to work in a team atmosphere, organized, and have a strong desire to succeed. This is a full-time position which will include some Saturdays (Generally by appointment only).

Requirements:

• Ability to use and read a tape measure and perform accurate job site measures.


• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.


• 1 year experience in the flooring industry (Wood/Tile Preferred)


• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.


• Basic computer and technology skills. CRM / Estimating Software along with the MS Office Suite.


• Strong follow-up skills and customer relations.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary commensurate with experience. Base plus commission. Company Vehicle. DOE / EOE
