Florida Mortgage Loan Originator

Duties:
- Meet with potential borrowers to discuss their mortgage needs and financial situation
- Collect and analyze financial information, such as credit reports, income documentation, and debt-to-income ratios
- Determine the appropriate loan programs and products that meet the borrower's needs
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process, including completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required documentation
- Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure a smooth loan process
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to borrower inquiries and keeping them informed throughout the loan process
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in lending guidelines

Requirements:
- Must have a valid Mortgage Loan Originator license
- Previous experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan programs, and underwriting

guidelines:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and make sound lending decisions
- Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing skills
- Familiarity with escrow processes and procedures

This is a contract position with US Mortgage Lenders LLC.

Pay Per Closing Est: $5000-10,000 per Sale

Schedule:
8 hour shift
