Florida Mortgage Loan Originators play a crucial role in guiding clients through their home-buying or refinance journey. Our ideal candidate is not only well-versed in sales but also connected and likes to socialize and or sell financials to realtors, builders, and the general public. Your mission will be to lead clients to achieve their financial dreams responsibly, from the first application to the closing stage.

Your Day-to-Day Adventure

Engage and support mortgage loan borrowers through various channels, including phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings, making their experience smooth and enjoyable.

Job Qualifications:

Strong Phone Skills

Strong People Skills

Strong Sales experience

NMLS mortgage license required.

Job Responsibilities:

Guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process

Provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers needs and criteria for their new or existing home

Advocate and adviser through the day of closing

Master all aspects of the sales process!

Deliver a world-class client experience!

Create raving fans to maximize the lifetime value of our clients!

Focus on new business development every day!

Employment Type: Full-Time

Commission: $ 50,000.00 550,000.00 Per Year

Responsibilities
Guide Borrowers through the mortgage milestones at every step of the purchase and refinance process
Provide initial consultations to identify the Borrowers needs and criteria for their new or existing home
