Position: Food service supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Wage: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, place orders, and manage inventory levels to sustain seamless service.
Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, equipment maintenance, sales transactions, and wastage for effective management and analysis.
Staff Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to staff members, fostering a supportive environment conducive to skill enhancement and professional growth.

Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in the food service industry preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
