Roles & Responsibilities:
Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
Know basics of automation testing relates to server-side functionalities
Troubleshooting to find root cause of issues identified during testing isolate test issues vs system component issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Analysing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.
Skills Required:
Software testing methodologies
Defect tracking and management
Mobile application testing along with agile testing
Get introduced to QTP and its recording modes
Learn fundamentals of manual testing
Types of defects and quality
Learn how to use defect reporting tools like bugzilla
