Securus Contact Systems is NOW HIRING friendly and energetic professionals that take Customer Service to the NEXT LEVEL! We are looking for individuals that enjoy talking on the phone and who have flexible schedules. Right now, we are hiring for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME employees that will enjoy making a positive impact for our clients.



We are looking for:



-Professionals with Customer Service experience (minimum 1 year)

-Able to type at least 50 WPM

-Flexible schedules

-Available to work one weekend day per week, or every other week



-Interested Full-Time or Part-Time (Thurs-Mon)



-LOVES working with clients and customers over the phone

-Enjoys learning about new technology and is motivated by a high call volume setting

SCS AGENTS MUST HAVE:




  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a keen ability to communicate with diverse audiences via phone and email.

  • Customer service experience in some capacity. In the interview, be prepared to share your perspective on what makes a great customer experience.

  • The ability to multitask in a technology-driven environment operating at very fast pace.

  • Experience working with a high-volume of incoming requests or calls is preferred.

  • Fast typing skills, at least 50 words per minute. There will be a typing test before your training start date.

  • Be able to dress in business casual attire as defined in training.



*Reliable transportation, personal or public, is a MUST*



COMPENSATION:



We start agents at $14/hour with potential for incremental pay increases when you

have fabulous quality assurance results and when you consistently keep your full-

time coverage hours.



Full-time employees receive partially-funded health care benefits and paid sick

leave.



PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A MONDAY-FRIDAY JOB. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO

WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY.
