Looking for a customer service position that provides a chance to interact with guests from all over in a luxurious resort setting?

Our Front Desk Associate role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys making a great first impression and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available; 1:30 pm - 10 pm

Essential Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a smile and check them into their rooms promptly.
  • Answer phone calls with a friendly demeanor and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Program room keys and create arrival packets to ensure a smooth check-in process for all guests.
  • Ensure all messages and concerns are delivered to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Previous experience in a front desk role desired.
