Our Front Desk Associate role is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys making a great first impression and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Full-time and part-time opportunities available; 1:30 pm - 10 pm
Essential Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and check them into their rooms promptly.
- Answer phone calls with a friendly demeanor and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Program room keys and create arrival packets to ensure a smooth check-in process for all guests.
- Ensure all messages and concerns are delivered to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Previous experience in a front desk role desired.
