About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of React and have experience working with Contentful.. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient React applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with Contentful CMS and other backend services
• Ensure that our applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and usability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices
• Proactively identify and address potential issues and areas for improvement
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, including experience with React Hooks
• Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Redux or MobX
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens
• Experience with Contentful CMS, or similar headless CMS platforms
• Strong commitment to our core values of compassion, integrity, impact, and creating joyful experiences
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of isomorphic React (Next.js, Gatsby) and server-side rendering techniques
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client
• Experience with common front-end development tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
