Working our front desk is about building relationships, getting to know parents and kids, and seeking to understand before you seek to be understood. It is built on a foundation of empathy and optimism. It is about looking for the best in people instead of the worst, and doing everything you can to fight for our customers. The job involves the proactive greeting of customers as they enter the building, answering of phone calls, responding to emails, and processing registrations and billing in our online system. Hours for this role would be in the evenings (roughly 3-7/8pm), M-F. Requirements - Strong communication skills, including excellent grammar
- Punctuality and reliability for shifts
- Team-first attitude to support your co-workers when needed and possible
- Must be mature, and able to take respectful criticism and redirection well and positively
- Must be comfortable with technology & online registration applications.
- Experience working with children a major plus
- Availability during weekday evenings (roughly 3-8pm)
