Job Title: FullStack Test Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled FullStack Test Specialist to join our team. As a FullStack Test Specialist, you will be responsible for applying Full Stack Testing principles across Supply Chain Forecasting and Replenishment. Your role will involve understanding existing applications and code, as well as executing batch jobs in a mainframe environment. You will also participate in various types of testing, including Functional, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your experience.

In this position, you will work with different delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Product-aligned development. It is preferred that you have qualifications in Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, or other relevant methodologies. Your exposure to multiple technology stacks, including API-based and UI-based systems, will be beneficial in ensuring comprehensive testing coverage.

As a FullStack Test Specialist, you should have a solid understanding of DevSecOps and be capable of creating Continuous Testing pipelines. Familiarity with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) pipelines and the ability to integrate testing activities within those pipelines is essential. Experience with cloud testing on platforms like Azure, as well as test environment management and virtualization, will be highly valued.

Moreover, your knowledge and proficiency in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define and execute test scenarios that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply Full Stack Testing principles to Supply Chain Forecasting and Replenishment applications.
  • Understand existing mainframe applications, code, and batch jobs.
  • Participate in various testing activities, including Functional, Performance, and UAT testing.
  • Provide expertise and advice based on your extensive testing experience.
  • Work with different delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and Product-aligned development.
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, or other relevant qualifications is desirable.
  • Test applications based on multiple technology stacks, including API-based and UI-based systems.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of DevSecOps and ability to create Continuous Testing pipelines.
  • Conduct cloud testing on platforms like Azure and manage test environments.
  • Utilize virtualization techniques for effective testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test scenarios based on business requirements.
  • Apply Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) principles to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a FullStack Test Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Full Stack Testing principles and their application in Supply Chain Forecasting and Replenishment.
  • Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including understanding existing applications, code, and batch jobs.
  • Exposure to various testing types, such as Functional, Performance, and UAT, with the ability to provide valuable recommendations.
