We are currently looking for an experienced and results-oriented Full-Time Sales Representative to join our organization in an exciting partnership with Windstream and DirecTV. Sales Representatives will be key in engaging shoppers and closing on sales of high-speed internet and streaming services at Walmart.

If you answered yes to these questions and meet the below qualifications, we want to talk to you about a Full-Time Representative position on our team.
  • Program Duration: November 15 May 12
  • Weekly Schedule: 40hrs/wk, Wednesday Sunday
  • Pay rate: $25/hr
  • Commission: $25 to $35 per closed and activated sale with no cap

  • Be a self-starter who can be trusted to operate in a store successfully, always being prepared for check-ins and visits from management.
  • Be a fast learner who can communicate offers, plans, and demonstrate key features and benefits of services and products.
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and act in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment.
Success is Measured By:
  • Achievement of established monthly sales goals.
  • Completion of administrative responsibilities such as daily data entry, active communication with your team and other duties, as assigned.
  • Attendance and compliance.
  • Outstanding customer engagements and relationships with store personnel.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience required.
  • 1-2 years retail experience highly desired.
  • Must be tech-savvy and have general knowledge of internet services, streaming services, cable services and networking products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Independent and motivated individual contributor and team player.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Smartphone with access to email and ability to download work apps.
  • Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day.
