Ability to manage Unit Test, Code Complexity and other Engineering Metrics using automated tools
Ability to setup and manage CI/CD automation
Ensures governance or enforcement of Enterprise guidelines and standards
Codes significant or high risk application components
Behavioral Skills:
Follows and mentors team members on Agile Methodologies and SCRUM process
Leads and contributes to Architecture/Design of Application, Technical/Non-functional User Stories, Code and Quality Reviews, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
Great written and verbal communication to development peers and to development management.
