Consultant need from District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia

Responsibilities:

Introduce and train on new applications /solutions MIS deploys. Deliver business applications training tour North American based employees. Listen, and leverage current solutions to support daily operation of the team. Create and provide training materials. Provide 1st contact response to urgent issues.

• As a part of a global team of experts, you will learn and develop expertise in Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP and QlikSense BI and related systems.
• The go to person for MIS in the Americas.
• Work closely with the Sales and Tech Support organizations
• Train and enable teams on current available solutions.

SKILLS:

• Familiar with CRM, ERP and BI solutions
• Experience as a "superuser" of systems, being the go to person
• 3+ years of experience in training people on systems and solutions
• An information systems specialist with a passion for training others and supporting daily challenges by leveraging currently available systems and solutions.
• People oriented, good service approach.
