Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist Wanted
We are Mental Health Specialist Counselor a rapidly growing mental health clinic dedicated to providing excellent therapy and promoting optimum mental health for our clients. Our team of licensed therapists is committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.
We offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.
Job Type:
Full-time or part-time position available with flexible scheduling.
Job Setting:
Our mental health clinic offers a comfortable and supportive environment for both clients and therapists. Our therapists can work remotely or in-office, depending on their preference.
What Youll Do:
- Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Providing individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-based approaches.
- Utilizing teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
- Providing crisis intervention services as needed.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on mental health best practices and industry standards.
Requirements
How to Qualify:
- Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Have a masters degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills
- No disciplinary actions on board

- $90,000-$104,000 per year, depending on caseload
