Will be responsible for creating and helping oversee SAP-based project tracks to implement or deploy IT systems administration capabilities, such as fit to standard, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, etc. Perform system regression testing for new releases or upgrades to SAP, provide production support of SAP business processes, and perform technical configurations/set-ups by following proper change management processes. Monitor future SAP S4 Cloud SD/MM environment integrations and adaptations with external systems and help automate system testing administration and test cycle reporting using knowledge of software test management tools, test cycle management features, defect reporting and resolution, C4C integrations to ERP systems, and S4/Hana Public Cloud. Confer and liaise with senior management teams, business users and the IT technical development teams to design, configure, and modify SAP functions to meet business requirements using best practices while supporting the implementation of SAP-related technical integrations. Help facilitate business process discussions and the translation of IT business requirements into configuration and technical development specifications, including assisting in the planning and development of future IT, business and network systems administration functions and improvements. Provide heightened production support assistance during the post Go-Live Hyper care support phase of assignments involving the administration of SAP S4 Cloud SD/MM technologies in a cloud environment. Gather and analyze information and data on current and future SAP and SAP S4 Cloud SD/MM trends related to job function to ensure that multinational organization is utilizing the most recent technology capabilities regarding SAP S4 cloud environment. Create and help oversee SAP function tracks to implement or deploy new or modified technological capabilities as necessary, which shall include assisting in the oversight of escalation points for our SAP solutions design, troubleshooting with outside service partners, and responding to and resolving SAP real-time incident tickets and changes as necessary using the SAP SD Module.

Three (3) years of experience in job offered or three (3) years of IT systems development/administration experience in developing and deploying SAP solutions

Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Administration
