Description: max billBR max mark up 1.48 onsite The Lead Service Engineer role has responsibility to drive Design for Service (Installation, Calibration, Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Service Features, Remote Troubleshooting) for MR products, playing a critical collaboration with engineering and service. Activities include developing service procedures by having a clear understanding of customer and field team needs; driving service productivity; performing service validation, providing support to manufacturing and field issues. Qualifications: (link removed) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent 2. 4 years relevant work experience 3. Excellent teamwork, coordination, influencing and communication skills 4. Ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging design problems Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Desired: (link removed) Master s Degree in Engineering/Science 2. Broad exposure to HW/SW/Systems design, and technical depth in one or more engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, etc.) 3. Project leadership experience within an engineering, manufacturing, or research environment 4. Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task 5. Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex projects 6. Experience in Field Service for Medical Devices 7. Knowledge of GE Healthcare MR products 8. Knowledge of GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes 9. Knowledge of the GEHC Quality Management System
