DESCRIPTION:

A growing quick service burger concept that focuses on great ingredients, warm and quick service, and unmatched value seeks a General Manager for its Silver Lake location. GM is responsible for day to day operations, financial oversight, and team building.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of previous GM experience in a quality, contemporary, full service/fast casual environment.
• An attention to detail and a dedication to leadership and team building
• Ability to problem solve and turn a challenging situation into a positive outcome
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS, Excel, Word, C-tuit, Hot Schedules)
• Understand and analyze the P&L and course-correct as needed
• Have an active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
• A flexible schedule is a must!
