Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for providing general repairs and maintenance to our residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our team of skilled professionals to ensure that we provide clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner for our residents and clients. With 12 years of experience in providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services, we pride ourselves in delivering nothing but the best to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and more.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify any potential maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Ensure that all work is conducted within safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a general handyman.
• Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings if necessary.
