Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a construction company that has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for over 12 years, is seeking a friendly and skilled General Handyman to join their team. As a General Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, handling everything from plumbing and electrical to landscaping, drywall, and other maintenance repairs. Superior Contracting & Maintenance prides itself in delivering quality repairs in a timely manner to ensure resident and client satisfaction by providing a variety of services.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Installing and repairng, windows, and doors.
• Conduct general carpentry and framing work.
• Perform drywall repair and texturing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to handle a variety of tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow them.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in high-stress environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
