Deal Time Cars & Credit is seeking a General Sales Manager to manage all store operations and auto finance originations for a used auto dealership in Orlando Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing an established loan portfolio by leading an exceptional staff and creating a engaging customer experience aligned with the Deal Time Cars & Credit culture.

Deal Time Cars & Credit is part of a national independent dealership group that specializes in helping credit challenged individuals to finance a vehicle through our in-house finance company(link removed) The Deal Time chain of dealerships specializes in Buy Here Pay Here financing in the state of Florida by providing quality vehicles and professional staff with a focus on helping customers re-build their credit.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management of store operations with a focus on performance, profitability, operational procedures, staff training, and customer satisfaction.

Train staff to effectively utilize our CRM management program.

Structure auto finance deals in accordance with lender and underwriting guidelines.

Manages collection activity by achieving daily collection goals and delinquency percentages.

Manage the acquisition of vehicle inventory.

Oversee internal vehicle reconditioning along with customer service and repair issues.

Lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Ensure all new loan originations are complete and compliant with required underwriting and closing standards.

Understand and implement dealership policies and procedures.

Hire and train staff to support store operations and company growth.

Be knowledgeable of state regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.

Ensures positive staff engagement and development through timely and effective feedback.


Skill Sets Required:

Ability to multi-task in a high energy, fast paced, work environment.

Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.

Provide good judgement and critical thinking to resolve business challenges.

Highly organized and detail oriented.


Experience / Education:

5 plus years management experience

Sub prime or Buy Here Pay Here financing experience

Bilingual Spanish / English (preferred)

Bachelors degree (preferred)

Intermediate computer skills

Salary and commission with potential to earn $70,000 to $100,000
