As a General Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to clients from various industries. You will work remotely and be part of a team that values your skills and personality. Furthermore, you will have access to training and development programs that will help you improve your skills and reach your full potential.


Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and attending meetings
  • Maintaining and managing calendars, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
  • Create presentations, documents and reports
  • Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
  • Create and maintain client databases
  • Assist clients with various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
  • Conduct research on various topics
  • Be available to assist clients in different time zones
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
  • High school diploma or Bachelors degree preferred in some roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proficiency with cloud-based platforms and the latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing, remote team messaging apps
  • Must have a PC and a reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
  • Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations is a plus
  • Go-getter, can-do attitude, operating effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision

Benefits

  • Rates are between $5-7/hr depending on the position.
