ACRE LAVANDE FARM LTD.
We are an organic lavender farm and boutique lavender handcrafter. Our products include essential oil, lavender water, soap, lavender hydrosol and eye masks. All Acre Lavande products are organic certified. Our boutique five-acre farm is sunny and open with sandy soil the perfect conditions for growing lavender thats rich in oil. A proud member of the Islands Organic Producers Association (IOPA), we use natural fertilizers and environmentally friendly farming practices.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for full-time general farm workers - harvesting; 2 vacancies.
Wage: $16.75 hourly
Hours: 30 40 hours/week
Location: 939 Raven Road, Manson's Landing, BC, CANADA, VOP 1K0

Job duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and irrigate soil
Plant, cultivate, tend, pick and collect lavender
Sort, weigh, and pack lavender at the farm
Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport
Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean-up of growing, producing and packing areas
Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools
Assist in preparing garden beds for planting
Write daily progress reports of inventory harvested
