Job Title: Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid with 1 day onsite per week) Contract Duration: Long-Term Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS). The GBPS will drive global harmonization, standardization, and automation projects in various process areas, with a focus on the SPS System Upgrade for Procurement. They will collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions. The role also involves renewing BPM training documents and supporting process improvement and customer experience initiatives. Requirements: Strong understanding of E2E business processes, particularly in procurement and finance Technical expertise in SAP procurement and finance modules Knowledge of related master data objects (vendor, material, etc.) Familiarity with procurement-related Key Process Indicators (KPIs) Analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of leading change initiatives Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies (SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen) Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English Education & Skills: Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Information Management/IT, Finance, or Procurement Track record of leading global projects and cross-functional teams International or global/corporate experience preferred Company Benefits include: - Healthcare (Medical, Dental, & Vision)
