Kantar and Europanel are searching for an inquisitive and dedicated
Global Client Manager
to temporarily join our teams on a maternity cover basis. Being this a global role were looking for candidates based in London, UK or Lisbon, Portugal this is an incredible opportunity to be part of our exciting vision for the future!


The Team and Roles mission


Youll be joining the Europanel Unilever Global Client account and supporting the team on the day-to-day project management on Unilever's Ice Cream & Nutrition account having the ownership of building strong relationships with a set of client stakeholders, delivery of key projects & analysis on Unilevers big portfolio of brands including Ben & Jerrys, Magnum, Cornetto, Hellmanns, Knorr, and more and contribute to commercial success by proactively identifying opportunities and new relationships.

Key outcomes

Own and deliver major projects in the Ice Cream and Nutrition category and beyond.
Deliver insights and recommendations that are clearly articulated, visual and actionable that help shape Unilevers commercial strategy
Build a strong partnership with your key client contacts.
Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on widening our network, identifying client issues, and increasing the contribution of Europanel services
Create & maintain an account plan with support from your manager & colleagues
Develop a partnership approach to collaborate with colleagues in Europanel, country contacts across CPS GfK & Kantar Worldpanel, and other agencies including Kantar and Nielsen
Apply an understanding of and respect for other cultures to enhance client solutions and achieve the best value for clients


Key Capabilities


Your background will ideally look like this

University Degree (Bachelors or Masters Degree) in Economics, Sociology, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or equivalent fields.
Minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience in Client Management roles (preferably in the FMCG industry) with a proven record of excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum required).
Solid knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts and analysis.
Strong data visualization skills
Confirmed business experience with Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP; Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
Experienced working with large data sets (preferably experienced with consumer panels both on Usage and Purchase), and showcased effectiveness in analysing, interpreting and articulating data with business implications
