Project Planning and Execution - Develop deployment plans for proprietary This Company technologies.
- Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
- Ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop and monitor a detailed project roadmap to track progress.
- Lead the deployment of all This Company technologies.

Collaboration and Engagement - Foster strong relationships with internal departments including B-T&I, SBU, E&PM, and more.
- Actively engage with external partners like Engineering Companies, Licensee, and Global Technology providers.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders both within This Company and externally.

Resource and Stakeholder Management - Ensure resources are available and aptly allocated.
- Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Dispute and Documentation Management - Manage negotiation and resolution in cases of dispute over change orders or scope changes.
- Maintain a comprehensive set of project documentation.

Reporting and Escalation - Keep upper management informed about project status and escalate when needed.
