Job Summary

Join our dynamic team at This Company, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects' success. As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring our projects are executed impeccably and yield the results we envision. With a key focus on coordinating people and processes, you'll ensure projects are delivered timely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution

    • Develop deployment plans for proprietary This Company technologies.
    • Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
    • Ensure projects are completed on-time, within scope, and budget.
    • Develop and monitor a detailed project roadmap to track progress.
    • Lead the deployment of all This Company technologies.
  2. Collaboration and Engagement

    • Foster strong relationships with internal departments including B-T&I, SBU, E&PM, and more.
    • Actively engage with external partners like Engineering Companies, Licensee, and Global Technology providers.
    • Ensure alignment with stakeholders both within This Company and externally.
  3. Resource and Stakeholder Management

    • Ensure resources are available and aptly allocated.
    • Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  4. Dispute and Documentation Management

    • Manage negotiation and resolution in cases of dispute over change orders or scope changes.
    • Maintain a comprehensive set of project documentation.
  5. Reporting and Escalation

    • Keep upper management informed about project status and escalate when needed.
