We currently have an exciting opportunity for an analyst to join the Global Portfolio Solution department. Portfolio Solutions is one of our major growth areas and we need a strong Data & MI capability to help drive that growth.

What you will be rewarded with?

We will rely on you to:


Reporting into Ops and Strategy Leader for GPS

Work with Ops and Strategy leader to develop data and MI Strategy for GPS

Support the day-to-day execution of said strategy

Stage 1 Ensure GPSD is up to date

Stage 2 Liaise with countries to implement local PS tagging

Stage 3 Engage Revenue Master team to ensure feeds include PS tagging

Stage 4 Work with GPR team to ensure GPS requirements are met

Responsible for delivering regular MI requests e.g. Ops Review KPIs

Oversee ad hoc MI requests including prioritisation and communication

Develop and implement short to medium term MI solutions to meet GPS needs e.g. policy counts, Power BI etc.

Refining and mining data sets to deliver insights that enable or act as input to key strategies


What you need to have:


Excellent Interpersonal skills

Strong project management and problem solving

In depth knowledge of data and systems ideally in Marsh environment

Good analytical capabilities

Proficient in Excel and Access

Knowledge of coding (e.g.Phython) would be beneficial

Experience of dealing with multiple regions and cultures would be helpful to the role
