As a Product manager, youll be responsible for identify the opportunities which is appointed as your scope, work with markets and cross-functional team to translate customer insights to portfolio roadmap and executable plan, which will contribute to the luminaire business growth.

What youll do

Translate the strategic insights and market trend into Mid - Long term product roadmap to support business plans in terms of growth and profitability.
E2E collaboration with key markets and customers, to understand customer needs and pain points, analysis competition landscape in a regular basis, and translate to insights for roadmap creation, and marketing story of Why Philips.
Drive value proposition creation, with a deep understanding of segmentation, consumer behavior, consumer decision journey of shopping luminaire, with Growth Market as the focused region.
Closely work with Customer Segment Manager and Product Marketing in the market to identify opportunity, roadmap validation, and support customer pitching and listing.
Lead a cross function team to define what to launch, when to launch, priority setting, budget management and drive project success on a continuous basis.
Responsible for financials, business case, product lifecycle management and portfolio simplicity.


Your qualifications

Bachelor or above, with 8+ years of product management or product marketing experience with consumer-focused industry
Proven record in opportunity development, value proposition creation, product development and communication development
Experience in successfully building and leading cross-function teams in a matrix environment. Agility to work in an intercontinental environment, and able to drive best outcome from the team.
Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing. Able to present to customers and internal leadership team.
Innovative thinking, structural planning and problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity.
Active personality with a winning spirit.
