Role Description CCTech is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who loves to find and develop efficient, scalable, and thoughtful solutions to various technical and product challenges. As a team member responsible for building foundational services, you will have the opportunity to lead the team that builds the Identity Access Management Platform. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of customers daily. It is leveraged by 150+ desktop, mobile, web applications, and cloud. services and a growing third-party developer ecosystem for managing user authentication, authorization, profile, and entitlements. You will be working on cutting-edge AWS technologies as you build the next generation of Identity Platform. You will work in a global organization and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from various disciplines like business, engineering, operations, support, etc. Qualifications Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure APIs for identity and access management functionalities using GoLang. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and other developers, to design and implement API solutions that meet business requirements. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability by writing clean, well-structured code and conducting thorough code reviews. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in API development, identity management, and security to continuously improve our API platform. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of the API platform. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate APIs with third-party systems and applications. Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to facilitate collaboration and support for API consumers. Actively participate in agile/scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Must have skills: 4+ years of Hands-on experience in (link removed)/ java/Node creating highly Scalable Microservices. Hands-on experience with the AWS Cloud (i.e. EC2, RDS, S3 Bucket, API Gateway etc.), deployment, and Monitoring. Any other cloud Provider with similar expertise can be considered. Experience with CI/CD across multiple platforms, such as GitHub action, Jenkins Observability experience building monitoring dashboards in tools like New Relics, Splunk or Grafana. Good to have: Experience with Configuration management tools including Ansible, Puppet, and Chef 2+ years of hands-on experience with JS framework React and developing web applications.
