SNTC  has an immediate opening for a Government Furnished Property (GFP) Analyst(link removed) This position will work with Navy leaders to develop an audit compliant GFP program that effectively tracks Government Property located at contractor sites or used by other Government agencies.   The candidate requires a background in asset management, property management, supply chain, and financial audit.   

Position responsibilities include:

• Analyzes standard contractual documents, delivery documents, data system records and related reports to determine GFP requirements.


• Develops plans in order to ensure traceability, tracking and effective return or disposal of GFP. 


• Reviews current policies and procedures to identify gaps and make recommendations to improve.  


• Participates in daily information exchanges with Government representatives and/or automated systems for the management of GFP.


• Maintains an inventory database and generate inventory reports via Navy ERP or other automated systems.


• Resolve property assignment and accountability discrepancies as required.


• Plan, organize, schedule and conduct GFP inventories and identification tasks.


• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies used to track GFP.


• Participates in special projects as required.


• Present quarterly to Government PM on status of program and quantifiable metrics. 

Education and Training Requirements:

• 5 years of related experience in logistics or supply chain management. 


• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.


• Secret clearance strongly desired.
