Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Brand Director

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful and dynamic branded communications to promote the diverse and growing roster of restaurants. This position works closely with the Graphic Designer and Brand Director.

They will play a key role in elevating the brands to new heights. This will require a thorough, intuitive understanding of each brands personality and strategic direction as well as a well-honed creative eye and problem-solving skills.

Primary Job Duties:

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

Create, maintain, and continuously evolve a selection of branded communications for each

business to be deployed as needs arise which includes collateral, social media posts and

stories, event invitations and materials, product packaging, restaurant menus,

promotional/retail items, signage, websites, newsletters, and email communications.

Coordinate closely with Marketing, Digital/Social, Events, Operations, Culinary, Human Resources, and Recruiting teams to ensure all creative needs are met.

Support as needed in the creation process of new brands by outside graphic and branding agencies.

Seek out opportunities to improve and enhance all visual communications in print, digital, and non-traditional formats.

Maintain updated brand guidelines for all brands and help enforce adherence to these guidelines by restaurants and external partners.

Proof all work before submitting for approvals to ensure accuracy.

Ensure all artwork is archived and organized to ensure future usability.

Attend weekly design and marketing meetings, prepared to talk about what current projects

are, as well as future ideas and suggestions.

Works closely with the Graphic Designer.

Job Requirements

BFA in Graphic Design or related field.

At least 3-5 years hands-on agency or in-house experience in graphic design work across a

variety of applications, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle arena.

Strong portfolio showing a mastery of color, use of typefaces, composition, photography, and

varied styles of design. Samples of work are required to be submitted with the application.

Well-honed conceptual design thinking and the ability to understand the role of metaphor and

impact in visual communications.

Open-minded, out-of-the-box approach to design that meets both creative and business goals.

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects, varied brand identities, and changing priorities with a smile.

Hands-on experience creating production-ready files, for print and digital, and managing the

production process.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Hospitality experience preferred.

Fluent in English.

Must be willing to work from our office headquarters in Miami, Florida.
