Join us as we build the foundations of something great and help us scale from 130k members to our first million.The impact you'll make:You'll be hands-on in crafting strong visual assets that leverage our brand to effectively tell stories through our website, app, email, and social channels. You will be a pivotal role on our growth marketing team and help elevate Chipper as the go-to platform for student loans borrowers. If you want to make a massive impact at an early, high-growth, and well-funded startup this role is for you.What youll do: Conceptualize ways to bring our brand to life through design in web & digital environments Leverage the power of design to develop key digital marketing materials that are in line with Chipper's brand identity and strategic initiatives to drive awareness, growth, engagement Deliverables will include: Landing page designs Social Media posts Reels & Shorts Digital ads Email designs Requirements Skilled in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite Self-started and detail-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment working 20-25 hours in-office weekly Demonstrated ability manage multiple timelines and hit deadlines Available to attend weekly team meetings Preferred Qualifications Experienced in Adobe After Effects &/or Adobe Premier Social media superstar and video genius What you'll need to be successful: Genuinely excited by Chipper's mission and the opportunity to address the #1 impediment to upward mobility 1+ years experience working in a high-output creative environment like a fast-growing startup, production company, or creative advertising agency Strong proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma Experience working on a range of digital projects including social media graphics, responsive web pages, email designs, etc. Strong instinct for traditional and digital design principles Ability to respond quickly to edits Experience working with brand guidelines Experience working in a fast-paced environment Benefits Access to central office location Flexible hours and hybrid work environment
