We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer at Find My Benefits Inc., you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through visually stunning designs. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create engaging visual assets that resonate with our target audience and help drive business objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, digital assets, website graphics, social media content, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
Create original artwork, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums and styles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
