Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Do you have a green thumb and a keen eye for detail? If so, we're looking for a talented Groundskeeper to join our team!

The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping and outdoor areas of the multiple company properties, ensuring that all grounds are well-maintained, safe, and attractive to visitors and employees. This person will work with property managers and other members of the Grounds Team to develop and execute landscaping plans that meet the needs of each property.

Essential Job Duties:

• Maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas of multiple company properties, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.
• Keep flower beds well-maintained, including planting flowers, irrigation, and removal of weeds.
• Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean and free of debris, and that all walkways, driveways, and parking areas are safe and well-maintained.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools.
• Identify and report landscaping and grounds maintenance issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report maintenance issues.
• Experience with landscaping, irrigation, or pool maintenance desired.
