We are looking for a Group Account Director to join our Client Services team
The Client Services team at 1000heads is the engine that keeps all our accounts powered. Our business is understanding what our clients need and delivering solutions to help them get there. Were multi-faceted, passionate, details-loving communications experts and are driven by the need to make things work.
Salary: 120-180k
Role
Manage the team. LA & NY consists of 4x ADs, 1x SAM, 1x AM, 2x AEs. Mentoring each person within the team is critical to ensuring success across each of their business workstreams. This also applies to the account in general, ensuring that the wider structure between departments is always optimized.
Maintain the highest standard(link removed) This person will need to have a strategic mindset to review & add value when it comes to all social strategies, ideas, reports, and productions. Oftentimes, youll be expected to lead wider social strategies, working hand in hand with relevant departments. Keeping up with the latest trends & being in tune with culture is a necessity here.
Grow & diversify the account. dealing with 30+ stakeholders at any given time. Being the senior lead on the account will be essential when focusing on the health and growth of the account, as well as dealing with daily challenges that pop up.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience. A strong background of account management within a digital & Social Media environment
- Strong knowledge of social media, social-first and digital; how it works and the extent to which consumer conversation impacts major brands
- Experience managing a team effectively to achieve results from all levels
- Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard, on time and to budget
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Marketing or media related degree or equivalent experience
