As a New Zealand Group Operations Manager youll be responsible for Warehousing, Distribution and Assembly of our state of the art site being constructed in Roma Road, Auckland, New Zealand. The main challenge, impact and purpose of the role, is to ensure we are recognised as best in class for our Service and support to our clients. This will be part of country leadership team and can have varying, interesting facets as we look to innovate our local offerings.

What youll do
Responsible for managing a Warehouse/Distribution/Assembly unit to deliver products against defined performance measures per planning and quality requirements; Responsible for deploying and executing manufacturing standards in production unit; Address the supply constraints such as production capacity, components planning and coordinate with up/down stream supply chain to work out resolutions; Manage projects including introduction of new products, new process and equipment, engineering & quality documentation, BOM and system setup; Prepare and execute operation and investment plans, drive continuous improvements; Maintains commitment to safety, environmental and quality regulations guidelines, Lead factory audit, report and documentation for industrial registration
Your qualifications
Have a strong working knowledge of Warehouse & Distribution/Assembly management, with min 5 years of relevant experiences. Able to balance the needs of multiple users, stakeholder management including senior levels; Experienced in running successful teams in warehouse and operations setup; Prior experiences of plant relocation or shifting will be of advantageous. Knowledge of environmental, safety and quality regulations; Cross cultural and emotional intelligence; Coaching and project management; Excellent communication and presentation skills
