About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for our Acquisition team. This individual will help manage the entire customer experience from acquisition to retention by executing our strategy across a range of channels and generating insights that will be leveraged by a range of cross-functional teams to strategically grow LifeMD's revenue. The ideal candidate is smart, solutions-oriented, resourceful, and creative with an interest in working at a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and monitor paid acquisition strategy across channels
  • Implement growth performance reporting to support testing and future optimization of campaigns across all channels
  • Create and submit briefs to provide creative insights and feedback based on business needs
  • Collaborate with Influencer and Dev teams to execute cross-functional strategies
  • Proactively source new marketing initiatives ie. Display, YouTube, Snapchat and Tik Tok

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing work or internship experience with exposure to paid channels
  • Business Major, with a focus in marketing/advertising
  • Basic understanding of growth marketing with an interest in paid advertising
  • General understanding of KPI's- CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.
  • Proven track record of data-driven and analytical work
  • Strong leadership, self-starter, and collaborative qualities
  • Critical thinking skills with a growth-oriented mindset (Creative mindset a plus!)
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
