Oversee is a fast-growing family-run vacation rental management company that offers a variety of rental properties along Scenic 30A, Walton County FL and Panama City Beach, Bay County FL.

The focus of this position requires having friendly, congenial, and outgoing communication skills with an emphasis on interacting with individuals both in and out of the company. This role requires a very empathetic communicator, someone who is able to reach others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and interests. The ideal candidate would be very unselfish in style; someone who derives satisfaction from doing things for other people and being liked and respected for doing so. The role requires qualities such as patience and understanding, someone who is a particularly good listener. People will find this person easy to talk to and will feel no pressure from this relaxed approach. A good candidates unselfish and uncritical interest in others is helpful in developing and maintaining personal relationships, as is their ability to recognize and understand widely differing points of view. The pace of this job is steady. This position requires involvement with some repetitive work, particularly long-term contact and communication with people. The primary goals and initiatives of this role are clearly established, and the manager will establish the priorities. Salaried $40,000 + incentive.


  • Answer all reservation requests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Provide information about our homes and amenities
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Process all transactions of reservations
  • Resolve guest problems efficiently, in a manner that preserves goodwill

Requirements

  • Self-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, results-oriented and success driven
  • Ability to do multiple tasks with a positive attitude
  • Polished professional presence and demeanor
  • Organized, detailed and time management oriented
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn software applications used in the daily operations of the business
  • Guest Services experience
  • VRM software experience
  • College degree or equivalent
