Requirements
We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Guest Services Supervisor!
The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the Guest Services Agents and ensure that they are in compliance with LQA/Forbes Standards in regards to Courtesy & Manners, Efficiency, Graciousness & Thoughtfulness, Staff Appearance, and Technical Execution & Skill/Knowledge. Will also be responsible for ensuring that Guest Service Agents are completing their checklists and provide continual training on procedures and tools that the Front Office Team uses.
Requirements:
Front Office supervisory experience; preferably in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel
At least 1 year management experience, preferably in Hospitality
Excellent customer service skills, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
ALICE experience is a plus
