Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing projects related to and/or leveraging one or more of the following areas related to systems configurations within the Insurance industry, including:
Understanding of Guidewire Eco, preferably the Guidewire Cloud platform and roadmap;
Understanding of scope, schedule, and budget management of large-scale, complex, transformation programs;
Planning management - backlog grooming, capacity and demand planning, sprint work allocation, critical path management, change requests, dependence management;
Communicating with management - status reporting, stakeholder reporting, progress tracking, program wide updates;
Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating periodic stakeholder updates, establishing governance structure;
Facilitating sprint demo oversight, sprint retrospectives, stand-up execution;
Performing Financial management - capital budgeting, cost modeling, actual vs. budget variance analysis;
Managing Issue and risk management - RAID log maintenance, issue and risk identification, impact analysis and prioritization, escalation and mitigation;
Organizing the array of information across various facets of the program, establishing the structure, and facilitating the transition of knowledge as required;
Understanding and experience with OCM efforts such as change management, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and resistance management;
Creating and maintaining of PMO tools, templates, and processes as it relates to the aforementioned areas as well as platforms such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, Confluence, Smartsheet and related tools; and,
Understanding and in-depth experience with MS Office platform, Google Suite, Business Intelligence toolsets (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs by:
Building trusted relationships with clients;
Developing an awareness of Firm services;
Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
Delivering clear requests for information;

Managing teams and/or workstreams on an engagements, staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital;
Presenting to senior executives, with the ability to develop lasting relationships;

Flexing work assignments to achieve team goals.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative and the following abilities, leveraging MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes and other technologies appropriately to accomplish:
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
Collaborating with business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients;
Presenting to senior executives, with the ability to develop lasting relationships; and,
Identifying and addressing client needs while displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.
