Metro Stars Gymnastics, a renowned gymnastics center, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Coach. As a member of our coaching staff, you will play a crucial role in helping our gymnasts develop their skills and reach their full potential. This position is ideal for candidates who have a passion for gymnastics and enjoy working with children in a supportive and positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and lead gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and provide individualized feedback and guidance to help gymnasts improve their skills.
• Execute lesson plans that align with the Metro Stars Gymnastics curriculum.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring the well-being of all gymnasts.
• Monitor progress and evaluate gymnasts' performance to track their development.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate class events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to gymnasts and their families, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching gymnastics or participating in gymnastics at a competitive level is not required!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with gymnasts and their families.
• Passion for working with children and the ability to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
