Mercer is seeking candidates to join us as HCM Consulting Manager in our Milan Office.
Mercer HR Transformation practice operates on the HRIS market and brings a depth knowledge to every HCM implementation and change management program that it supports. The expert team has years of experience leading clients through every aspect of the implementation lifecycle and process redesign, leading to optimal results.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work on HCM Projects for clients from various sectors and industries, and in particular you will:
join and drive complex and international implementation projects on different HCM solutions
co-build HR transformation roadmap and digital feasibility for our customers
experience leading complex project teams including architects, developers, operations, business analysts, and vendor partners
manage project risks and issues and implement effective mitigation plans
manage technical and functional project budget and financials
work directly with internal and external client counterparts, other project leads, and ongoing operations to deliver successful implementation and manage scope
work closely with the team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
5+ years HCM skills
Preferred experience in Workday and SAP Successfactors projects
Proven experience in HCM consulting companies or in a digital transformation manager role in a Corporate environment of a similar size/complexity
Background in and strong understanding of broad HR systems architecture and data flow
Previous experience in managing both direct and indirect teams
Proven ability to manage complex vendor, supplier, and sub-contractor relationships
Italian at native level and English proficiency are a must

The position is based in Milan with flexible working arrangements.
