Job Title: HIL Validation Engineer

Job Location: Mossville, Illinois

Job Description:

• Perform the Hardware in Loop (HIL) validation Machine system electronics
• Develop new automated test cases using Python.
• Maintain the existing automated test cases built with Automation Desk.
• Collaborate with the System/Software developers to validate the product requirements.
• Document automated test results and communicate issues to the developers.
• Maintain the lab simulators developed using Python, Simulink, and C++

Skill keyword:

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 6 - 8 years of experience.
• Experience in the power electronics drives
• Must be able to setup new HIL test systems for complex machine systems. Should have work experience with OPAL-RT, dSpace HiL, and Automation Desk.
• Experience in test automation tools using Python, C / C++
• Experience in vector testing tools like Canape, Canalyzer, Wireshark, etc
• Knowledge in communication protocols such as CAN / J1939, Ethernet TCP /IP & UDP / IP
• Experience with Matlab and Simulink modeling
