Job Title: HIL Validation Engineer

Job Location: Southfields, MI

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HIL (Hardware In the Loop) test engineer
• Model Based Design (Simulink)
• Diagnostics Protocols/Standards
• Automotive Experience
• Design and Implementation of Test Automation
• HIL equipment configuration
• HIL equipment maintenance
• Test Cases development
• Test Pattern development
• Test Cases Maintenance
• Test Pattern Maintenance
• Requirements analysis for test
• Test planning management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Engineering degree

Experience:

• HIL Development
• Test Automation
• Experience in automotive validation
• 5 years' experience

Skills:

• Well organized, reliable and a team player. Able to work from the specification requirements to the product design
• Knowledge of SW Test Automation (dSPACE, dSPACE Scalexio: ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, Automation Desk or similar)
• Knowledge in Scripting Language (Python / C)
• Knowledge in MATLAB/Simulink plus Model Based Development
• Knowledge in Vector CANoe, CANalyser, CANdela Studio
• Knowledge of UDS Diagnostics tools & protocols
• Model Based Development Knowledge
