Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models of MEP systems using BIM software.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate MEP systems into overall building design.

Generate 2D drawings and documentation derived from BIM models.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP BIM modeling.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler in BIM project management or outsourcing.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality BIM models.
